In the app

Open the Palm Beach Pool Service app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@thecustomer.io with the subject “Delete my account” and the phone number you sign in with. We may confirm the request by text to that number before acting on it, and will delete the account within 60 business days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in to the app
• The name and email address you entered in the app
• The tokens used to send notifications to your phone
• Your service reminders

What is kept

Palm Beach Pool Service keeps its own business records about the service it provides you, and these are unlinked from your sign-in rather than deleted: your customer record and service address, your service schedule and history, invoices and payments (including card payment records), requests to skip a visit, and feedback you sent. To ask the company about those records, contact Palm Beach Pool Service directly.

Deleted information may remain in backups until they expire, as described in the privacy policy.

You can sign in again with your phone number at any time, which creates a new account.
